The Flex Card is a visa debit card through AmBetter that rewards its members for completing activities like getting a yearly physical or even just reading some health material (or at least just clicking on the article haha). Basically you get paid to take care of yourself. And of course you can you this money on anything you want.
It looks like you make too much to qualify for the subsidy at this point but my system shows you may qualify for coverage through a cost sharing program where, savings are typically 40% or more versus normal health insurance and you are free to see the Dr. of your choice and I can get you over to that department if thats fine.
